1. Metamucil or equivalent (Costco---has Kirkland and Metamucil) (Wal-Mart as their brand and Metamucil) about 1-2 month supply is around $7 for generic which I use DAILY use at least 2 heaping teaspoons morning (breakfast) and night (dinner) --you can mix it with 8 oz of water, OJ, apple juice, etc. see #3 below. http://www.metamucil.com/specific_conditions/index.shtml
2. Enzyme tablets---to help with digestion---one per meal everyday. I use Jarrow

5. Acidophilus daily for the next 3-6 months---this is to get back to normal after what the operation has killed off.

This breathing will exchange the air in your lungs at the 80-90% level instead of the 10-20% the average person gets. Now you won't need all the antioxidant pills
